We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-friendly Billing Executive to manage billing operations at Radha by Rapid Rashmi. The role involves handling customer billing, processing payments, maintaining transaction records, and ensuring a smooth checkout experience for customers.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Billing & Payment Handling
- Generate accurate bills and invoices for customer purchases.
- Handle cash, card, UPI, and online payment transactions.
- Ensure proper billing procedures are followed at all times.
- Verify pricing, discounts, and promotional offers before billing.
2. Customer Interaction
- Assist customers during the billing and checkout process.
- Address basic customer queries related to pricing, billing, and payments.
- Ensure polite and professional customer service.
3. Cash Management
- Maintain daily cash records and transaction reports.
- Ensure proper cash handling and balance reconciliation at the end of the day.
- Coordinate with accounts/admin team for reporting and documentation.
4. Billing Software & Records
- Operate POS/billing systems efficiently.
- Maintain accurate billing and sales records.
- Update customer and transaction details in the system.
5. Coordination with Store Team
- Coordinate with sales staff regarding product codes, stock availability, and customer requirements.
- Support store operations during peak hours and events.
6. Inventory & Tagging Support
- Assist in barcode scanning, tagging, and maintaining billing accuracy.
- Report any mismatch in pricing or product details to the management.
Skills Required
- Basic computer and billing software knowledge
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic mathematical and cash-handling skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Preferred Experience
- Experience in billing, cashier, retail operations, or front desk roles preferred
- Freshers with good communication and basic computer knowledge can also apply
