Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Senior SEO Specialist with strong expertise in managing end-to-end SEO strategies for B2B service-based businesses. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in driving organic growth, improving website visibility, generating qualified leads, and managing multiple SEO projects simultaneously. This role requires a strategic thinker who can align SEO initiatives with business goals and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies including technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and content optimization.
- Drive organic lead generation by improving search rankings, website traffic, and conversion opportunities.
- Manage SEO campaigns for multiple websites, clients, or business units simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research focused on B2B audiences, buyer intent, and service-based offerings.
- Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers to resolve website issues related to indexing, site speed, crawlability, schema, and overall performance.
- Create and implement content strategies aligned with search intent and business objectives.
- Plan and execute link-building and digital PR activities to strengthen domain authority.
- Analyze website performance using SEO tools and provide actionable insights through regular reports.
- Monitor competitor strategies, industry trends, and algorithm updates to maintain SEO effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with content writers, designers, developers, marketing teams, and stakeholders to achieve growth targets.
- Track and optimize KPIs including organic traffic, keyword rankings, lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in B2B service-based companies (IT services, staff augmentation, SaaS services, consulting, digital agencies, etc.).
- Proven track record of generating qualified leads through organic search channels.
- Strong expertise in:
- Technical SEO
- On-page & Off-page SEO
- Keyword research and competitor analysis
- Content strategy and optimization
- Link-building strategies
- Local & international SEO (preferred)
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and SEO monitoring tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in SEO reporting and performance measurement.
- Good understanding of website architecture, HTML/CSS basics, and SEO best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
