- Ability to handle dealer/distributor networks and direct customer visits
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Candidate should be willing to travel for field sales activities
Responsibilities
- Generate sales for electrical and solar products
- Develop and maintain dealer/distributor relationships
- Identify new business opportunities in assigned territories
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market visits and customer meetings regularly
