Educational Qualification:
Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering | BSc Mathematics | BBA | BCom | BCA | BA | Any Graduate
- Freshers or candidates with minimum 1 year experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through email and phone
- Prepare and submit AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) quotations
- Follow up with customers for order confirmation and support
- Coordinate manpower, materials, and service activities for site issues
- Maintain customer service records and daily follow-up updates
- Ensure timely communication and customer satisfaction
Required Skills:
- Good English typing and communication skills
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities
- Basic technical understanding, preferably in mechanical field
- Ability to manage customer relationships professionally
- Knowledge of MS Office and email communication preferred
Preferred Location:
PCMC / Pune candidates preferred
