Job Summary
As a Franchise Sales Executive, you will be a key contributor to the company’s growth by actively engaging prospective franchise partners, generating leads, and assisting in the end-to-end franchise sales process. You’ll be the first point of contact for interested investors and help convert them into active franchise partners.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Qualification
- Respond to inbound enquiries from prospective franchise partners.
- Conduct outbound outreach (calls/messages) to franchise leads.
- Qualify leads by understanding their interest, business intent, and investment readiness.
Franchise Sales Support
- Present franchise opportunity details clearly to prospects.
- Share franchise brochures, pricing, and business model information.
- Coordinate meetings, demos, and follow-ups with leads.
Coordination & Documentation
- Maintain updated records of leads and conversations in CRM or shared sheets.
- Assist in preparing commercial proposals and franchise agreements.
- Track progress through the sales pipeline and help drive closure.
Reporting
- Prepare periodic reports on lead status, conversions, and pipeline health.
- Support the franchise team with insights to improve conversion efforts.
Skills & Qualifications Must-Have
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Gmail/Outlook).
