Project Team Lead – Cervical Cancer Prevention & HPV Vaccination Awareness Programme
Location
New Delhi (National Office) with frequent travel to project states (Meghalaya, Nagaland, Mizoram, Tripura and Arunachal Pradesh)
Position Summary
Indian Social Responsibility Network (ISRN) is recruiting for a Team Lead for the project based in North East. Organization want to hire Team Lead on the immediate basis who believes in creating impact at scale, changing lives, managing stakeholders including governments in the state, and can be an excellent team player.
The Project Team Lead will provide strategic, technical and operational leadership for the implementation of the Cervical Cancer Prevention and HPV Vaccination Awareness Programme supported by Girl Effect India. The incumbent will be responsible for overall programme management, donor compliance, government engagement, quality assurance, financial oversight, team leadership, and achievement of programme outcomes across all intervention states.
The Project Team Lead will ensure effective coordination between national, state and district teams, government departments, schools, healthcare institutions, community stakeholders and Girl Effect India to deliver a high-quality, evidence-based and behaviour change-focused intervention.
Key Responsibilities, But Not Limited To:
- Overall management of the program ensures smooth facilitation and delivery of the activities including donor reporting and relationship management with the donors, stakeholder, govt. counterparts etc.
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, and work hours.
- Ability to structure problems and solve them by blending top-down management consulting approaches with grass-roots understanding.
- Develop a relationship with the relevant stakeholders and initiate the development of the vaccination platform through the collaboration with the vendors.
- Coordinating with departments for strengthening projects.
- Take responsibility for assigning work streams; monitor and balance workload.
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Represent ISRN in all strategic discussions with Girl Effect India and other partners.
- Following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Assessing project risks and issues and providing solutions where applicable.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and deliver quality output, Proven ability to manage multiple roles such as timely project delivery, client, and stakeholder relationship management, quality assurance, team building and mentorship and thought leadership.
- Supervise State Coordinators, Regional Coordinator, Monitoring Officer and technical consultants.
- Review implementation progress through regular planning and review meetings.
- Ensure smooth coordination between national, state and district teams..
- Ability to use in-house data and technology capabilities to scale solutions.
- Creating a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective of the company.
- Experience in Public Health, Cervical Cancer related health activities / vaccination experience, project implementation in areas of health will be preferred.
- Willingness to extensively travel across different states
- Familiarity with field and terminologies especially on vaccination would be an advantage
- Undertaking such other duties and responsibilities of an equivalent nature from time to time as may be required, in consultation with the organization
Skills:
- 08-12 years of experience in Project lead or RATIONAL Management with Public Health management /Medical Background.
- Experience in promotion and implementation on Routine Immunization and similar health programs will be preferred.

Education:
- Minimum qualifications: PhD in public/community health, health, sociology /anthropology demography or Post-Graduate in Public Health/ Social Sciences or equivalent with minimum 3-5 years
- Mandatory: Should be familiar with emerging literature on Cervical Cancer, and HPV vaccination
Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience with implementing health projects, immunization/vaccination projects, training and monitoring programs, with associated responsibilities in administration and management support. Preference will be given to persons having experience in the relevant field of Public Health, Vaccination or have done similar kind of assignment.
