We are looking for a energetic and self-motivated Business Developer to join our real estate sales team.
The candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads through on-ground activities, building local networks, and feeding a strong pipeline for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits, door-to-door campaigns, and canvassing in target areas to generate fresh leads.
- Set up and manage promotional stalls at malls, markets, metro stations, and community events.
- Visit corporates, housing societies, and local businesses to identify potential buyers or investors.
- Build and maintain relationships with local brokers.
- Submit daily field activity reports to the reporting manager.
- Achieve monthly lead generation targets as assigned.
Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in real estate.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred).
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
