Position: Physiotherapist

Reports to: Head of Rehabilitation / Clinical Supervisor
Role Summary
The Physiotherapist is responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering rehabilitation treatments to patients with neurological and physical impairments. The role focuses on improving mobility, reducing pain, restoring function, and supporting patients in achieving maximum independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patient condition, movement, strength, balance, and functional limitations.
- Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans.
- Provide therapy for patients with stroke, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson’s disease, and other neurological conditions.
- Use manual therapy, electrotherapy, exercise therapy, and mobility training as required.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on recovery outcomes.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises, posture, mobility, and safety.
- Work closely with doctors, occupational therapists, speech therapists, nurses, and other rehab staff.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment notes, and progress reports.
- Ensure safe handling of patients and use of physiotherapy equipment.
- Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and rehabilitation planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy.
- Valid registration with the relevant professional council.
- Experience in neuro rehabilitation is preferred.
- Good knowledge of treatment techniques, patient handling, and rehabilitation protocols.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
