The Store Manager is responsible for managing all store operations, including receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory control of raw materials, packing materials, consumables, spare parts, and finished goods. The role ensures accurate inventory records, uninterrupted material availability for production, and efficient store management practices.
- Manage day-to-day store operations and inventory activities.
- Ensure timely receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Monitor minimum, maximum, and reorder stock levels.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Accounts departments.
- Ensure proper documentation of GRNs, issue slips, stock transfers, and dispatch records.
- Implement FIFO/FEFO practices and proper material identification.
- Maintain store housekeeping, safety, and organization standards.
- Track and control slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
- Supervise store staff and allocate responsibilities effectively.
Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
