ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Eligibility Criteria:
1.Should have minimum 2- 3 years as Trainer
2.Strong knowledge in HIM Coding
3.Excellent in verbal and written communication.
4.Open for new learning
5.Must have handled fresher & certification training
6.Specialty knowledge in surgery & certification training
7..Specialty knowledge in Denials & certification training
8..Must be certified from AAPC/AHIMA.
9.Additional certification is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and access the training needs of the organization Develop individual and group training programs for the associates that address specific operation needs Develop training manuals that target tangible results. Implement effective and purposeful training methods Need to ensure that training is meeting current operation needs Effectively communicate with team members, trainers, management and client Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based for different specialties for fresher’s and different curriculum for laterals Manage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training. Plan & monitor Training initiatives to improve the efficiency & effectiveness of tracks.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Regular eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity is required to operate office equipment. The ability to perform work at a computer terminal for 6-8 hours a day and function in an environment with constant interruptions is required. At times, Team Members are subject to sitting for prolonged periods. Infrequently, Team Member must be able to lift and move material weighing up to 20 lbs. Team Member may experience elevated levels of stress during periods of increased activity and with work entailing multiple deadlines.
