We’re Hiring | Operations / NOC Analyst
Are you an operations-minded technology professional who enjoys investigating incidents, understanding what’s really happening, and taking ownership from detection through escalation?
We’re looking for a NOC / Operations Analyst to join our team and support critical production systems in a 24x7 environment.
What we’re looking for:
- 24x7 NOC, Production Support, or Operations experience
- Strong incident triage and escalation skills
- Experience monitoring critical production applications and infrastructure
- Experience coordinating major incident bridges
- Ability to assess alerts and identify real business impact
- Strong troubleshooting, investigation, and communication skills
- Comfortable working under pressure and with incomplete information
- Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing mindset
Technical experience preferred:
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP) / GKE
- Kubernetes
- AppDynamics or similar APM tools
- Splunk or similar log-management platforms
- SolarWinds or similar monitoring tools
- Jira / Jira Service Management
- OpsGenie or similar alerting/on-call platforms
- API and service monitoring
- Production application support
We’re looking for someone who is curious, adaptable, proactive, and willing to investigate rather than simply acknowledge alerts.
