- Invoicing & Billing: Generate accurate tax invoices, proforma invoices, and debit/credit notes daily in Tally.
- Inventory Tracking: Record batch incoming stock and outgoing delivery dispatches in the system to keep live inventory updated.
- Ledger Maintenance: Manage and reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable ledgers for agri-retailers and distributors.
- Documentation & Compliance: Prepare trade and transport documents including E-Way bills and delivery challans.
- Payment Reconciliation: Track bank deposits, cash collections, and coordinate outstanding balance follow-ups with the sales team.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
