- 100% accountability for raw material sourcing and quality before it moves to sales.
- Maintain the '50% SCM' link between buying raw materials and final delivery.
- Direct reporting of raw material status 'Immediately' to the BOSS.
- Managing vendor relationships to ensure the best pricing and steady supply.
2. Logistics
- Full oversight of logistics and inventory movement across all company godowns.
- Optimizing transport routes to reduce costs and maintain 50% savings.
- Ensuring secondary distribution is fast and efficient for all makhana ranges.
3. Production
- Supervise internal production processes.
- Ensuring raw material 100% conversion to production as per the master plan.
- Managing production schedules to prevent any stock-out situations.
- Maintaining high quality and hygiene standards during the processing stage.
4. Team Handling
- Managing the backend team.
- Ensuring 100% accountability from every team member in their respective zones.
- Bridging the communication gap between on-ground staff and top management.
- Training the team on cost-saving techniques and efficient stock handling.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
