We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive (FOS) to join our QL Hub team. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting MSME business owners directly in the market, building relationships, generating leads, conducting business meetings, and converting prospects into members for our business growth programs.
Your primary objective will be to create strong on-ground connections with business owners, understand their challenges, present suitable business solutions, and drive enrollments through face-to-face interactions.
This role requires someone who is confident, proactive, highly energetic, and passionate about meeting people, building trust, and closing business opportunities in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit MSME business owners directly through scheduled meetings, eld visits, networking events, and references.
- Generate leads through market visits, cold meetings, referrals, and local business networking.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings to understand business challenges and growth requirements.
- Present and explain the value of QL business programs and memberships tailored to business owners’ needs.
- Build strong relationships and trust with prospects through consistent follow-ups and in-person interactions.
- Maintain daily updates of meetings, follow-ups, lead status, and closures in CRM/sheets.
- Achieve weekly and monthly meeting, conversion, and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with inside sales and Hub teams for appointment scheduling and lead support when required.
- Attend business events, exhibitions, seminars, and networking meets to create new business opportunities.
- Share market feedback, customer insights, and competitor observations with the management team.
- Ensure professional representation of the organization during all customer interactions.
