Key Responsibilities:
✅ Supervise and manage security guards and security operations.
✅ Ensure proper entry and exit procedures for employees, visitors, and vehicles.
✅ Conduct regular security patrols and inspections.
✅ Handle emergency situations and security incidents effectively.
✅ Maintain discipline and compliance with company security policies.
✅ Coordinate with management regarding safety and security concerns.
✅ Prepare daily security reports and incident reports.
Requirements:
✔ Previous experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role.
✔ Strong leadership and team management skills.
✔ Knowledge of security procedures and emergency response.
✔ Good communication and reporting skills.
✔ Ability to work in shifts when required.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
