Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter – Non-IT Bulk Hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment for volume hiring requirements across various functions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions within defined timelines while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk and volume hiring requirements across Non-IT functions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, recruitment drives, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Maintain a robust candidate pipeline to meet ongoing and future hiring requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while adhering to recruitment targets and SLAs.
- Conduct follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
- Build and maintain relationships with job consultants, placement agencies, and recruitment partners.
- Participate in job fairs, walk-in drives, and campus recruitment activities as required.
- Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and recruitment procedures.
- Generate regular hiring reports and provide updates to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment, with significant exposure to bulk hiring/volume hiring.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Experience hiring for roles such as Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Telecalling, Field Staff, Warehouse, Logistics, Manufacturing, and other Non-IT positions.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, Apna, LinkedIn, etc.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet aggressive hiring targets.
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling walk-in drives and mass recruitment campaigns.
- Knowledge of ATS and recruitment management tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Experience working in staffing, consultancy, BPO, retail, manufacturing, or high-volume hiring environments.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
