Job Title: Loan Operations Executive (Fresher)
Location: Santacruz, Mumbai
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday)
Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹17kctc per month (Depending on Interview Performance)
Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented freshers to join our Loan Operations team. The candidate will be responsible for processing loan applications, verifying documents, maintaining records, and coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify customer KYC and financial documents.
- Process loan applications and maintain accurate records.
- Perform data entry in internal systems and Excel.
- Coordinate with customers, banks, and sales teams for document collection and status updates.
- Check application details and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in loan login, approval, and disbursement processes.
- Maintain daily MIS and operational reports.
- Ensure timely processing of applications within defined TAT.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any stream.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of banking or loan processes.
