- Manage daily operations of the slimming/weight-loss department.
- Conduct client consultations and create personalized slimming or nutrition plans.
- Monitor client progress and maintain records.
- Counsel clients who are not achieving expected weight-loss results.
- Supervise dietitians, therapists, physiotherapists, and support staff.
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance with clinic protocols.
- Achieve sales targets, membership conversions, renewals, and package upgrades.
- Handle client concerns and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Organize promotional events and support marketing activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, Home Science, Wellness, or a related field.
- Experience in slimming, wellness, beauty, fitness, healthcare, or nutrition services.
- Strong communication, leadership, counseling, and sales skills.
