Job Summary
Swain Aluminium Pvt Ltd is looking for a responsible and hardworking Labour Supervisor to manage daily workforce activities in the aluminium manufacturing unit. The candidate will supervise labour teams, ensure smooth production support, maintain discipline, and follow safety standards inside the factory.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily labour activities on the production floor
- Allocate manpower according to production requirements
- Monitor attendance, shift timing, and worker performance
- Ensure proper handling, loading, unloading, and movement of aluminium products/materials
- Maintain discipline and safety compliance among workers
- Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth operations
- Report labour issues, shortages, or production delays to management
- Maintain daily work records and labour reports
- Ensure housekeeping and cleanliness in the work area
- Train workers on safety and operational procedures
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th / Any Graduate
- Experience: 1–3 years as Labour Supervisor, Factory Supervisor, or Production Supervisor
- Experience in manufacturing or aluminium industry preferred
- Basic knowledge of manpower handling and factory operations
