Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Tester with strong expertise in Salesforce application testing and MuleSoft integration testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in validating Salesforce applications, API testing, end-to-end integration testing, and ensuring seamless data flow between Salesforce and external systems.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute test cases for Salesforce applications and MuleSoft integrations.

Perform Functional, System, Integration, Regression, and End-to-End testing.

Validate MuleSoft APIs, data transformations, and integrations with Salesforce.

Execute API testing using Postman, SOAP UI, or similar tools.

Verify data synchronization between Salesforce and connected applications.

Perform defect tracking and management using JIRA/ALM.

Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Integration teams to resolve issues.

Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives.

Support UAT and production validation activities.
Essential skills:
- 4–7 years of experience in Software Testing.

Hands-on experience in Salesforce Testing, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

Strong experience in MuleSoft Integration Testing.

Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, objects, workflows, validation rules, and data migration testing.

Experience in testing Marketing Cloud functionalities such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and related integrations.

Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and API testing using Postman or SOAP UI.

Experience in Functional, Integration, Regression, System, and End-to-End Testing.

Good knowledge of SQL/SOQL for backend and data validation.

Experience with defect management tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
