Job Summary:
As a Performance Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing ad
campaigns across Amazon, Google, Meta, and quick-commerce platforms. You will be responsible for
driving performance through data-driven decision-making, budget management, and continuous
optimization to maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta, and quick-commerce platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, ACoS, etc.) and derive actionable insights for improvement.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and audience targeting strategies.
- Own the preparation and presentation of performance reports and dashboards to internal stakeholders/clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Category, Brand) to align ad strategies with business goals.
- Manage daily budgets, identify anomalies, and recommend proactive adjustments.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in performance marketing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, or related field); Master’s preferred.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing/performance marketing across Amazon, Google, or Meta.
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
