Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver well-structured Mathematics lessons aligned with the prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessment materials.
- Develop students’ problem-solving and analytical skills through effective teaching methods.
- Simplify complex mathematical concepts and encourage logical thinking.
- Conduct periodic assessments and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive classroom environment.
- Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school development initiatives.
- Support mathematics-related activities such as quizzes, competitions, and academic programs.
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to explain mathematical concepts clearly and effectively.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Prior teaching experience preferred, but skill and teaching ability will be prioritized.
