Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Incharge to manage day-to-day interior project execution at residential and commercial sites. The candidate should be capable of handling labor teams, coordinating materials, and ensuring quality work completion within deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily interior site activities
- Coordinate carpenters, electricians, painters, and helpers
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings and timelines
- Monitor site quality and finishing standards
- Handle site measurements and material coordination
- Update daily progress to management
- Ensure proper usage of materials and tools
- Maintain site discipline and safety
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in interior site supervision
- Knowledge of modular furniture and interior execution
- Ability to manage workers and subcontractors
- Basic understanding of site drawings and measurements
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Two-wheeler preferred for site travel
