About Us
We are a growing premium women's western wear fashion brand seeking an experienced Senior Cutting & Pattern Master to join our team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in pattern making, garment fitting, fabric cutting, and production for women's western wear.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop patterns for dresses, tops, co-ord sets, jumpsuits, skirts, trousers, and other western wear garments.
- Create patterns from design sketches and reference samples.
- Conduct fit sessions and implement pattern corrections.
- Perform pattern grading and size development.
- Manage fabric cutting and marker planning with minimum fabric wastage.
- Calculate fabric consumption and production requirements.
- Coordinate with design, sampling, and production teams.
- Ensure high-quality garment fit, construction, and finishing standards.
- Resolve technical and production-related fitting issues.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a Cutting & Pattern Master in women's western wear.
- Strong expertise in pattern making, grading, fitting, and garment construction.
- Experience handling both sampling and bulk production.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple styles simultaneously.
- Experience with premium or luxury fashion brands preferred.
