Role: SAP Concur Finance Consultant - SME
Skill: Finance and Accounts
Experience: 8 to 12 years
Location: TCS Noida
Shift Timing: AU/NZ time zone and client operating hours
Education:
- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
- Non-technical graduation and/or masters in finance & accounts stream - B.Com, M.Com or CA Inter
- Bachelor's/Master's in Finance & Accounting or equivalent with ERP certification / proficient
Must Have:
- ERP Application Knowledge
- Problem Solving & Analytical Skills
- Communication & Stakeholder Management
- End‑to‑end understanding of business flows (P2P/O2C/R2R)
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Concur (Expense, Travel, Credit Card)
- Strong understanding of Travel, expense management, corporate card processes, and finance business processes
- Interface directly with business users, finance teams, and shared services stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into functional solutions and system configurations.
- Experience with SAP Concur Travel and Invoice modules (preferred)
- Experience integrating SAP Concur with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, or other ERP systems.
- Knowledge of accounting concepts, cost objects, VAT/GST, and compliance controls
- Prepare functional specifications for enhancements and integrations
- 5+ years of SAP Concur functional experience
- Experience in global implementations, rollouts
- Prior consulting or client-facing experience preferred
Good-to-Have:
- Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant or Any Equivalent degree in the areas of Finance
- Project & Delivery Skills
- Understanding how modules interact (e.g., Finance, etc.)
- Ability to troubleshoot issues beyond your core module
