We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Electronic Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of an electronics retail store. The ideal candidate will manage sales activities, supervise staff, maintain inventory, and ensure excellent customer service while achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall store operations and daily activities
- Supervise, train, and motivate sales staff
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer issues
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
- Maintain proper display and merchandising of electronic products
- Handle billing, cash management, and store reporting
- Track product performance and recommend promotional activities
- Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and operational standards
- Coordinate with suppliers and service teams for product availability
- Conduct regular stock audits and minimize inventory discrepancies
- Stay updated on the latest electronic products and market trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in electronics retail or store management
- Strong leadership and sales management skills
- Good communication and customer-handling abilities
- Basic computer proficiency and knowledge of retail software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Experience

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
