Experience: 2–5 Years
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day supermarket operations efficiently.
- Lead, train, and supervise store staff to achieve business goals.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.
- Drive sales and ensure achievement of store targets.
- Monitor inventory, stock availability, replenishment, and stock audits.
- Ensure proper merchandising, product display, and store presentation.
- Handle billing operations, cash management, and daily sales reports.
- Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams for timely stock availability.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across the store.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in supermarket, retail, grocery, or FMCG store operations.
- Experience in team handling and store management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management, retail billing/POS systems, and daily store operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
