Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Management Trainee – Subscription & Loyalty Partnerships to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing subscription services, building loyalty partnerships, and ensuring exceptional member engagement for our Gold Club. This role is best suited for someone who is passionate about customer relationship management, events, and partnership development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with golf courses for booking tee times and ensuring seamless member experiences.
- Manage Gold Club Membership subscriptions and renewals.
- Develop and manage loyalty partnerships to enhance member value.
- Curate exclusive holiday experiences and offers for Gold Club Members.
- Support in planning and execution of events and member engagement activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Interest in sports, events, or hospitality is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
