Quality Engineers JD
- Understanding latest version of the customer drawing and Inhouse drawing, BOM, other technical Documents before starting the inspection.
- Carryout the inspection of finished products as per the Drawing & BOM. (Dimensional, Visual & Performance)
- Ensuring to update the OA sheet after inspection, preparing inspection reports.
- Ensuring the identification of finished good by Accepted, Rejected & rework in daily inspection reports.
- Ensuring the initiation of NC report, if any deviations observed in finished Products.
- Ensuring continuity of Company QMS in compliance with ISO / AWS/ other standards.
- Identification, investigation resolution and close out of non-conformities.
- Interpret and implement quality assurance standards. Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards. Perform daily audits and 5S audits.
- Create a list of details and checkpoints and set measurable criteria to check the quality on timely basis.
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
- Responsible for document management systems & Ensure maintenance of 5S Discipline.
- Responsible for H.O. Pre-Production Inspection (PPI) & Per Dispatch Inspection (PDI) allocation of Bucket Serial Number, Review of Inspection Reports, NC Reports.
- Interact with manufacturing and engineering teams to optimize documentation related to quality and inspection checks. Ensure process control documents adhere with set requirements.
- Work with Engineering (Design and Manufacturing Engineers) team to define process parameters and criteria to ensure supplier process capability is effective to meet product and process requirements.
- Monitors quality nonconformance at line, Initiates root cause analysis and CAPA for quality issues.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
