Job description:
Manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
Handle all correspondence, emails, phone calls, and official communications.
Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Ensure timely follow-up on assigned tasks and pending actions.
Maintain confidential files, records, and business documents.
Organize meetings, events, and business travel arrangements.
Monitor deadlines and ensure commitments are fulfilled.
Perform administrative and coordination duties as assigned.
Assist the Managing Director with personal tasks whenever required.
Work Experience
3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Secretary, or Administrative Coordinator supporting senior management.
Candidates with strong administrative coordination experience may also be considered.
Experience in handling multiple priorities and working under pressure is preferred.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Diploma or certification in Secretarial Practice, Business Administration, or Office Management will be an added advantage.
Technical Skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Email management and internet proficiency.
Good typing speed.
Shorthand knowledge will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
