Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee the installation of modular kitchens and interior projects at client sites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in modular kitchen or interior fit-out installations, be able to manage site activities efficiently, coordinate with installation teams, and ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange and coordinate skilled labour for installation work.
- Supervise modular kitchen and interior installations at client sites.
- Ensure proper installation according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with the design, production, and project teams for smooth execution.
- Inspect site readiness before installation begins.
- Resolve on-site issues and provide practical solutions.
- Monitor the quality of workmanship and ensure company standards are maintained.
- Ensure projects are completed within the scheduled timeline.
- Maintain daily progress reports and update management on project status.
- Coordinate material delivery and verify that all required materials are available at the site.
- Communicate professionally with clients and provide project updates.
- Ensure proper use of tools and adherence to safety practices at the site.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in modular kitchen or interior fit-out site supervision.
- Good knowledge of modular kitchen installation, wardrobes, and interior fixtures.
- Ability to manage labour teams and coordinate multiple sites.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to read basic drawings and installation layouts.
- Valid driving licence is preferred.
- Willingness to travel to different project locations.

Salary
Negotiable based on experience.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
