Lead the development and implementation of the school's academic vision, mission, and strategic plan.
Oversee curriculum design and development for all classes in alignment with CBSE guidelines and NEP 2020.
Monitor and ensure consistent quality of classroom instruction through regular observations and feedback.
Plan and execute faculty professional development programmes, workshops, and training sessions.
Conduct regular subject department meetings to review progress, resolve issues, and drive improvement.
Lead the academic calendar planning including timetables, examinations, and events.
Review and approve lesson plans, question papers, assessment schemes, and report card comments.
Identify academic underperformers (students and teachers) and devise targeted improvement plans.
Serve as the primary escalation point for parent concerns regarding student academic progress.
Coordinate with the admissions team during admission season for academic profiling of new students.
Liaise with the CBSE board and external bodies for regulatory compliance and affiliations.
Track student performance data and present analytical reports to school management.
Lead initiatives in pedagogical innovation — blended learning, project-based learning, Olympiad preparation, etc.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
