Job Title: Accounts Assistant

Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support the day-to-day accounting activities at the Neyveli Branch. The candidate will coordinate closely with the Head Office (HO) Accounts Team and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions, documentation, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily cash and bank transaction records.
- Prepare and update accounting entries in the accounting software/system.
- Assist in invoice processing, payment vouchers, and receipts.
- Coordinate with the Head Office Accounts Team for financial data, reports, and reconciliations.
- Verify bills, expense claims, and supporting documents.
- Maintain proper filing of financial records and documents.
- Assist in monthly account reconciliation and closing activities.
- Follow up on pending payments and collections as directed.
- Support branch administration related to accounts and finance.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with the Head Office Accounts Team.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and accounting software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles preferred.
- Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
