Job Summary
We are looking for a hardworking and responsible Store Assistant to support daily store operations. The candidate will assist the Store Incharge in material handling, delivery coordination, loading/unloading, stock movement, and maintaining an organized warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily material deliveries to project sites
- Pick, pack, and issue materials as per delivery requirements
- Assist in loading and unloading HVAC materials and equipment
- Support the Store Incharge in day-to-day store operations
- Arrange and organize materials in the warehouse
- Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of materials
- Assist in stock counting and inventory verification
- Check inward and outward materials and maintain basic records
- Coordinate with drivers, technicians, and site teams for timely dispatch of materials
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines
Required Skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to lift and handle materials safely
- Basic understanding of inventory and store operations
- Hardworking, disciplined, and responsible attitude
- Ability to work in a team environment
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in warehouse, store, or logistics operations preferred
- Freshers willing to learn are encouraged to apply
- Candidates from the HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or construction industry will have an added advantage
- Candidates comfortable with physical work and material handling preferred
