We’re looking for someone who can own that entire engine.
The Role
We’re hiring an Operations Manager who will run the day-to-day execution of Lafetch’s quick commerce deliveries.
This role sits at the heart of our business. You’ll be responsible for making sure orders move from warehouse to customer as quickly and smoothly as possible.
You will manage delivery riders, coordinate Shiprocket shipments, track operational performance, and solve problems before customers ever notice them.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Quick Commerce Operations
- Manage and oversee Lafetch’s 60-minute delivery operations
- Ensure orders are processed, packed, and dispatched quickly
- Monitor daily order flow and resolve operational bottlenecks
Rider Management
- Manage and coordinate delivery riders
- Plan rider allocation based on demand
- Track delivery timelines and rider productivity
- Handle rider onboarding, scheduling, and coordination
Shiprocket & Logistics
- Manage Shiprocket shipments for non-instant deliveries
- Track shipments and resolve delivery issues
- Coordinate with courier partners when required
Operational Monitoring
- Track key metrics like:
- Delivery time
- Order success rate
- Failed deliveries
- Rider utilization
- Identify inefficiencies and improve processes
Problem Solving
- Handle delivery delays, rider issues, and operational escalations
- Ensure customers receive orders as promised
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of operations or logistics experience
- Experience managing delivery operations, logistics, or quick commerce
- Comfortable managing riders / on-ground teams
- Familiarity with Shiprocket or similar logistics platforms
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Highly organized and execution-focused
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
