Admission Manager – Preschools | VSPL
We are seeking a dynamic professional to drive preschool admissions, ensuring strong enrolment growth and brand presence in the local community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive admissions for preschools and meet enrolment targets
- Handle parent walk-ins, counselling, and conversion
- Plan local marketing activities to generate enquiries
- Build relationships with parents and community networks
- Ensure consistent follow-ups and conversion tracking
- Support centre heads in achieving monthly admission goals
Candidate Profile:
- 3–6 years of experience in preschool admissions or similar roles
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
- Ability to execute local area marketing initiatives
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up discipline
Location: Pune (Multiple Preschool Centres)
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
