About the Role
We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead IT Service Desk operations and provide end-to-end IT infrastructure support at our client location. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in desktop support, Active Directory, networking, endpoint security, application support, and team coordination while ensuring SLA-driven service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage L1/L2 IT support operations for end users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, network, and application issues.
- Administer Active Directory including user accounts, groups, password resets, and access management.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Monitor antivirus compliance and endpoint security.
- Ensure timely OS updates, software patching, and system health.
- Support Microsoft Outlook, DMS, Oracle, and other business applications.
- Coordinate with OEMs and L3 support teams for issue resolution.
- Provide VIP and Executive IT support, including Video Conferencing setup and troubleshooting.
- Maintain IT asset records and documentation.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.
- Monitor SLA compliance and ensure timely incident resolution.
- Conduct user awareness sessions and provide technical guidance.
