Assistant Store Manager
Job Summary
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail operations, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining store standards. This role supervises staff, manages inventory, handles customer concerns, and helps drive overall store performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily store operations and staff activities
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of employees
- Supervise team members and ensure high productivity and customer satisfaction
- Help achieve sales goals and monitor store performance metrics
- Maintain inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
- Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation standards are met
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Monitor cash handling, billing, and store security procedures
- Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and employee performance
- Step in as acting Store Manager when required
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
