Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, feedback, or information sharing
- Handle inbound calls and address customer queries effectively
- Maintain a friendly and professional tone during all conversations
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Record customer details and update databases regularly
- Follow communication scripts while handling calls
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and experience
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required
