Job Summary
We are looking for a Service Engineer with experience in elevator maintenance and servicing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preventive maintenance, breakdown servicing, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth operation of elevators while delivering excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of elevators and escalators.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults.
- Attend customer service calls and resolve complaints within the defined timeline.
- Carry out routine inspections to ensure safe and efficient equipment operation.
- Repair or replace defective components and perform necessary adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Maintain service reports, maintenance records, and documentation.
- Coordinate with customers regarding maintenance schedules and service activities.
- Coordinate with the spare parts team for material requirements.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely and quality service.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
- 2–3 years of experience in elevator service and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of elevator electrical and mechanical systems.
- Hands-on experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Good troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
