Job Description
Sila' Creations is looking for an experienced Google & Meta Ads Manager to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in lead generation, campaign scaling, conversion tracking, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
Responsibilities
- Manage Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns
- Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPL, and conversions
- Handle retargeting, A/B testing, and audience targeting
- Set up GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking
- Troubleshoot ad account and campaign-related issues
- Maintain campaign reports and meet deadlines
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Google & Meta Ads
- Strong knowledge of PPC advertising and performance marketing
- Experience with GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking
- Ability to work during US business hours
- Disciplined, responsive, and deadline-oriented
