Job Title: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager — Packaging Industry: Plastic / Polymer / Industrial Packaging Manufacturing
Target Segments: Chemical, Polymer, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Lubricant, Agro and allied manufacturing industries
Base Location: Delhi NCR preferred; open to candidates based in any major industrial hub (Gurugram, Faridabad, Noida, Sonipat, Bhiwadi, Baddi, Vapi, Ankleshwar, Bhiwandi, Daman, Silvassa, etc.)
Reports To: Sales Head / Director
Employment Type: Full-Time,
Field Sales Experience Required: 2 - 6 years in B2B / Industrial / Packaging sales Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (B.Sc. / B.Com / B.Tech preferred; MBA in Sales & Marketing a plus)
Salary (CTC): Up to ₹50,000 per month + travel reimbursement + performance incentives
