Export Manager – Brass Industry

Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Export Manager to lead international sales and business development activities for our brass components manufacturing business. The candidate should have strong knowledge of export procedures, overseas market development, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand international business opportunities.
- Identify and acquire new overseas customers.
- Handle export inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order execution.
- Manage export documentation and shipping coordination.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
- Participate in international exhibitions and trade fairs.
- Monitor global market trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve export sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade,.
- 5+ years of experience in export sales, preferably in the brass industry.
- Strong understanding of export documentation and international trade regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience handling overseas customers and distributors.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in brass components, fittings, fasteners, or precision parts manufacturing.
- Strong network of international buyers and distributors.
- Ability to travel internationally when required.
