Global — Own the Store Program
About the Team
You will join the Digital Commerce team within the Digital Growth Hub & Commercial function. The team manages a global portfolio of applications that support commercial operations, including integrations with business functions and external partners.
In this role, you will focus on merchandising solutions — specifically TRAX, an AI-powered image recognition platform that underpins the global "Own the Store" program. TRAX gives Merchandisers and Trade Marketing teams real-time visibility into in-store shelf execution and compliance.
Main Responsibilities
A — Merchandising solutions — Functional Expert
Support the end-to-end product lifecycle for Merchandising solutions such as TRAX underpinning the Own the Store program globally, serving Merchandisers, Trade Marketing teams, and Commercial Operations:
Product Backlog & Delivery Support
Own the Store Program — Merchandising Solutions enablement Support
Support the rollout and continuous improvement of Merchandising solutions features (e.g. TRAX) enabling Merchandisers to capture, validate, and act on shelf execution data (planogram compliance, share of shelf, product availability) aligned with the Own the Store program globally.
Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) cycles, coordinating with market teams and ensuring business sign-off on new recognition models, features, and releases.
Integrations & Data
Help define KPIs and measurement frameworks to track Own the Store program performance through Merchandising solutions analytics (OSA, planogram compliance scores, share of shelf, perfect store metrics).
Vendor & Support Coordination
B — Product Governance & Stakeholder Engagement
Maintain product documentation, user guides, release notes, and training materials for Merchandising solutions (e.g. TRAX) and the Own the Store program.
Required Qualifications & Background
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, Business or a related field — or equivalent professional experience.
Junior Product / PO Experience
First experience (internship, apprenticeship, or 3–5 years) as a Junior Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a digital product / project role. Exposure to agile delivery is a plus.
Image Recognition / Retail Tech
Basic understanding of image recognition, computer vision, or retail execution platforms. Experience with TRAX or similar shelf intelligence / perfect store tools is a strong advantage.
FMCG / FMCH Industry
Some exposure to FMCG or FMCH commercial operations, trade marketing, or field-force environments is appreciated but not mandatory.
Data & Analytics
Comfort with data analysis, KPI tracking, and reporting tools. Ability to interpret dashboards and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Agile
Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe); basic knowledge of backlog management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Skills & Profile
Clear communicator, adaptable to field, product, technical, and finance audiences.
