Job Summary
Esteem Integrated Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, coordinate with internal teams, resolve customer queries, and ensure excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage customer accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
* Coordinate with Operations, Sales, and Finance teams.
* Update customer records in the CRM system.
* Track shipments and provide timely status updates.
* Prepare CRM reports and maintain documentation.
* Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and high customer satisfaction.
* Support customer retention and identify business opportunities.
Requirements
* Graduate in any discipline.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
