Nexora Academy is looking for a passionate and experienced faculty to train students in industry-oriented Food Safety and Quality Management programmes. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and excellent teaching skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver classroom and practical sessions in Food Safety.
Teach FSSAI regulations, HACCP, GMP, GHP, ISO 22000,FoSTaC and Food Quality Management.
Prepare lesson plans, assessments and study materials.
Guide students for internships, projects and career opportunities.
Maintain student attendance and academic records.
Preferred Qualifications:
M.Sc./B.Sc/B.Tech/M.tECH. in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related field.
Teaching or food industry experience preferred.
HACCP/FSSAI/ISO certifications will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
