Job Description :-
- Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute
- Hands-on experience in reading and interpreting civil drawings (structural and architectural) and executing work as per approved GFC drawings
- Strong exposure to site supervision, contractor management, and daily work planning for labour and machinery
- Practical knowledge of quality control for concrete, reinforcement, formwork, masonry and plastering as per IS codes and standard checklists
- Experience in preparing and verifying daily progress reports, measurements and basic quantity calculations for billing support
- Willingness to work full-time at site locations in Pune/Shirval/Satara with 6-day work week and extended hours as per site requirements
- 3-5 years of site execution experience as Civil Site Engineer on medium to large projects (preferably ₹50 Cr+), handling RCC and finishing works
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
