Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architectures tailored for platforms, products, or specific engagements. This role requires defining innovative solutions that address performance requirements, enhance capabilities, and ensure scalability. The position demands a strategic approach to technology planning, collaborating with various stakeholders to align architectural designs with business goals and technical standards. The Technology Architect continuously evaluates emerging technologies and integrates them into the architecture to support long-term growth and adaptability within the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure alignment with organizational standards and best practices.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Development.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Administration, Salesforce Lightning Aura Components.
- should have strong knowledge on the triggers, synchronous and asynchronous apex classes. lwc or aura and integration
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance solutions within complex environments.
- Ability to analyze and optimize system performance and reliability.
- Familiarity with integration patterns and API management in Salesforce ecosystems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
