COOK - JOB DESCRIPTION
- Meal Preparation:
- Prepare and cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner as per the menu, including dishes like idli, dosa, vada, poori, omelettes, and non-vegetarian options.
- Project Meal Management:
- Oversee the preparation of snacks and meals for various projects (e.g., Sahodari, Balwadi, IGH).
- Ingredient Preparation:
- Efficiently handle all kitchen processes, such as grinding rice flour, peeling onions, scraping coconuts, and other ingredient preparations.
- Sweets and Desserts:
- Prepare evening desserts, including caramel custard, gulab jamun, and other sweet treats as required.
- Beverage Service:
- Prepare and serve tea and coffee for guests during morning and afternoon shifts.
- Kitchen Cleanliness:
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, ensuring that all utensils and equipment are properly cleaned after each meal.
- Special Orders & Banquet Cooking:
- Assist with cooking for special orders, banquets, and catering events, ensuring quality and timely service.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
