Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in psychology, excellent clinical skills, and a passion for helping individuals overcome challenges. Responsibilities * Conducting Assessments: Administering psychological assessments, such as personality tests, intelligence tests, and neuropsychological evaluations. * Providing Therapy: Conducting individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address various mental health issues. * Diagnosing Mental Health Conditions: Accurately diagnosing mental health disorders based on clinical assessments and observations. * Developing Treatment Plans: Creating personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and goals. * Monitoring Progress: Tracking client progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as needed. * Collaborating with the team members inclduing psychiatrists and allied health staff, to ensure comprehensive care for clients. * Maintaining Records: Keeping detailed and confidential records of client sessions, assessments, and treatment plans. * Adhering to Ethical Standards: Following ethical guidelines and maintaining confidentiality in all interactions with clients.
Qualifications * Psychology from an accredited institution. * Licensure: Active state licensure as a psychologist. * Experience: We are open to give the right fresh candidate an opportunity to start a wonderful career. * Strong Clinical Skills: Demonstrated ability to conduct assessments, diagnose mental health conditions, and develop effective treatment plans. * Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals. * Compassion and Empathy: A genuine desire to help others and a compassionate approach to working with individuals facing mental health challenges.
Additional Preferred Qualifications * Specialized Training: Experience or training in specific areas of psychology, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, family therapy, or child psychology. * Research Experience: Involvement in research projects related to psychology or mental health. * Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in multiple languages specially Punjabi, Hindi and English.
